Raw Cacao Mousse

Ingredients

2 ripe avocados

1/3 cup raw organic cacao powder

½ cup organic coconut cream

1 tbsp organic coconut oil

1 tsp organic vanilla essence

½ tsp Himalayan sea salt

¼ cup maple syrup, brown rice syrup or xylitol

Method

Place all ingredients into a high speed blender for 30 seconds to combine.

Spoon the mixture into small serving bowls and place in the fridge for 2-3 hours to set.

Add fresh strawberries or make a raspberry coulis by blending raspberries with a tablespoon or brown rice syrup, xylitol or organic maple syrup.
